Solari Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW FEE FOR CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware of our no-call, no-show fee for appointments that are canceled without a 48-hour notice. This policy is being implemented to better manage our client schedule and reduce the impact of last-minute cancellations on our operations and other clients.
Key Details of the Policy
Notice Period: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.
No-Show Fee: A $50 fee will be charged to all Medicare and Commercially Insured clients for any appointment that is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or for clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment.
Medicaid Patients: 1 rescheduled visit is allowed to accommodate a no-show appointment. Additional no-shows will result in dismissal from the practice.
Exemptions: In cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, the no-show fee may be waived at the discretion of management.
